A. What is the procedure of placing an order for a ready-made market research report?

Your Personal Consultant will contact you within 24 hours and will execute the delivery of the report(s) to the address you indicated.

B. Is it permissible to purchase separate parts of the report?
 
Our standard policy is to sell reports as a whole. Such strategy prevents any contextual misunderstanding that might arise out of the absence of remaining parts. F. How soon is the report shipped after I place an order and in what manner?
 
The report may be delivered in the following ways:
 
1. By e-mail (in electronic form)
 
The report in electronic form (PDF format) will be sent to your e-mail address. The standard delivery period is 24 hours, but in a number of cases express delivery within 2 hours is possible.
 
Note: Time zones may slightly affect the delivery period. Our company’s work hours:  8.00 - 18.00 GMT-0 (UK time zone), but a number of our researchers are located in other time zones which may result in certain communication delays.
In case of urgency please contact your Personal Consultant or the Support Centre and we will do our best to serve you needs.

2. Mail delivery  
 
Paper (and/or CD-ROM) version of the report can be shipped to your mailing address (we use mainly DHL or EMS).

 G. What is the report price calculation method?
 
Our report prices mirror researchers’ quote. I. Is it possible to get a report prior to payment?
 
Unfortunately, the specifics of an informational product could not stipulate its valid return in case of non-payment. Consequently, we do not send any materials until full payment arrives.  
 



J. Does report price include taxes and duties?
 
Indicated report prices exclude any taxes or duties.  
Individuals, non-EU citizens, as well as companies registered outside EU, should not pay a value-added tax (VAT).   
A legal entity registered in any EU member state is VAT exempt. However, such entity should provide its VAT-number for bookkeeping purposes.
Individuals, EU residents, should pay 15% VAT on electronic products. Consequently, tax will be added to your Invoice amount. However, printed materials are exempt from VAT.
 



K. What documents should accompany a report purchase?
 
For bookkeeping purposes we may provide a client with an Invoice in original and/or other relevant documents.
Please contact your Personal Consultant for all issues connected with the preparation of documents.
